Scott Loochtan
President
Scott Loochtan has been providing insurance solutions to individuals since 1987 when he founded Senior Services of Illinois, the same year he became licensed. He has been involved in insurance in one form or another his entire life. Scott launched his next agency in 1991 with two of his friends, both of whom are still with him today–one who has since become his brother-in-law making the professionals at CDIS of Oklahoma a true family business. Consumers Direct Insurance Services of Oklahoma is an Authorized Exclusive General Agent for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, an insurance firm that specializes in health and Medicare-related coverage. Jenn Hamann
Executive Vice President
Jenn started in the Insurance industry in 2007 and immediately proved that hard work can overcome inexperience. Within her first year, she became one of the top producers in the country. After co-founding her agency and becoming one of the top General Agencies in the country, she decided to join Senior Services of Illinois in 2012 focusing on growing a top-notch Medicare sales team. She still enjoys selling but spends her time running the day-to-day operations including managing, planning, coaching, and training agents to increase their production and surpass their goals. Jenn is licensed in Colorado, Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Jenn also serves on the Distribution Women’s Leadership Council at Amerilife and is involved in multiple charities. Jenn believes in always doing what’s right for the client and trains her team to do the same. Her philosophy is simple, put the client’s needs first! Jenn grew up in southern California and spent 8 years working in Washington DC before moving to Colorado to start and raise her family. She has been married to her husband Doug since 2001 and has 2 adult sons Brayden and Gavin. When not working, she enjoys traveling, mostly to different beaches, and spending time with family and friends. Her motto is happiness is not a goal, it’s a lifestyle.
Rosalyn Ahmad
Education Specialist
Rosalyn has been a licensed Health and Life agent since 2004 joining Senior Services of Illinois in 2013. Rosalyn is licensed in Louisiana, Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Rosalyn is the mother of 4 children and 6 grandkids and knows how important it is to get the most out of her insurance plans. Her main focus is always putting her clients first, educating them on the plan that will work best for them. Rosalyn loves the excitement of helping people and knowing that she put them in a better place than before they called her. Outside the office, she likes to spend time spoiling her 6 grandchildren. Edward Boehm
Education Specialist
Edward has been a licensed health and life agent since 2024 and holds licenses in Florida, Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. His focus is on educating Medicare recipients about their additional insurance options so they can make the best, most informed choices about their healthcare needs. Edward has always believed that insurance should be approached with empathy and understanding of each client’s circumstances. He lives in South Florida with his wife and young son. He loves the outdoors, camping, traveling, and attending live music events. He believes in Winston Churchill’s quote, “Continuous effort – not strength or intelligence – is the key to unlocking our potential.”
Jenna Boozaaijer
Education Specialist
Jenna has been licensed in the insurance industry since 2012 and with Senior Services of Illinois since 2020. Jenna is currently licensed in Colorado, Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Jenna was formally a teacher so answering questions was her favorite part of the day– ‘more education is better’ – and finding the ‘best cheapest’ solutions for each client was her only goal. Living in Colorado means she gets to enjoy the outdoors. She can be found singing karaoke on Saturday nights and spends most Sundays cooking and playing board games with her family and friends. As a single mom with 4 incredible kids, she never gets bored! While her life revolves around her kids, she always aims to act justly, love faithfulness, and walk humbly with God. She works hard and plays harder, and hopes others do as well.
Phil Coelho
Education Specialist
Phil started in the business selling Property & casualty insurance in 1995. In 2001 he moved over to the Life and Health side and in May of 2002, he came to Senior Services of Illinois. Phil is currently licensed in Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. His business philosophy is to be honest and ethical. If you take care of people, they will take care of you! Phil has been married to his wife Sandy since July of 2000 and has an adult daughter Cate. During the summer he enjoys slow cooking on the smoker and hanging out on his patio. He also enjoys playing golf in the summer months as well. Phil travels to Siesta Key Florida every Summer for his Family vacation and during the winter, he enjoys skiing with trips to Colorado and Whistler British Columbia. Phil grew up outside of Columbus Ohio and is a huge Ohio State fan! His favorite quote is “Let go of what you can’t control. You’ll feel lighter”.
Kayla Hahn
Education Specialist
Kayla Hahn is a licensed education specialist who has been with the company since 2023. Kayla is licensed in Florida, Illinois, Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. She believes in going the extra mile for her clients and that one small act of kindness can go a long way in helping and improving someone’s life. Her passion has always been to help others. Before joining the company, she was an EMT and 911 Operator. Although in a much different environment, Kayla still finds ways to get her clients the best healthcare possible. Kayla lives in Central Florida with her husband, two small children, and two dogs. They love to go to the beach, kayak, and explore the many diverse areas of the state.
Marc Lallier
Education Specialist
Marc has been a licensed agent since 2006 and with Senior Services of Illinois since 2012. Marc is currently licensed in Illinois, Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. His philosophy is simple, treat others the way you want to be treated and do what is best for the client. Marc was a general contractor for over 16 years and moved into the insurance world in 2006. He has been married to his wife Amy since 2007 and has a daughter Megan. He is also a Deacon and a part-time Pastor. In his spare time, he enjoys helping at youth Christian camps, woodworking, and spending quality time on mission projects with his family. His favorite quote is “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give”.
Lesli Carter McFalls
Education Specialist
Lesli has been with the Senior Services of Illinois since 2022 and in the insurance industry since 2008. She has worked all different types of insurance and Medicare and Life are her favorite. Lesli is licensed in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Illinois, and Colorado. Her business philosophy is to always do what is best for the client and to tell the truth even if that means you lose a sale. Lesli is married and a mom of 3 and has a bonus son and daughter-in-law and is blessed with 2 grandchildren. She enjoys going to the Coast in Texas. On the weekends you can find her there or in her backyard with a bonfire enjoying times with the kids and friends. Family is so important, and it is part of the reason why she does what she does. She wants to make sure that everyone is taken care of from their medical needs to their Life needs. Her motto is simple; We aren’t given a good or bad life…. we are given LIFE and it’s up to us to make it Good or Bad. Live every day with an Attitude of Gratitude. Each day we are given is a gift. Griselda Montano
Education Specialist
Griselda was introduced to insurance in 2001, after getting her property and casualty license in Knoxville, TN. In 2006 her Husband David and her moved to Colorado and expanded their family with a beautiful daughter. After working in the Banking and Retail business she returned to the insurance industry and joined Senior Service of Illinois on the Administrative Team in 2020 and obtained her Health and Life license. Griselda is licensed in Colorado, Texas, Illinois, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. As a bilingual team member, she shortly moved into the educational specialist role of helping seniors find great health coverage. She believes that she has more than a job she has been able to find a career helping a population of people find the coverage that is best for them. Her motto is if you love what you do, you never work!
Brittany Riddle
Education Specialist
Brittany has been working with Senior Services of Illinois since 2012. She joined the company and has never looked back! Brittany is licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Texas. She believes that in this business, it’s important to know the area and the community she works with. She wants to be able to offer the best product for each individual and their specific needs. Balancing work and her personal life is a blessing. She has been able to achieve this while working with Senior Services of Illinois. Brittany enjoys spending time with her son and her dogs. She loves to camp, travel to new places, and get as much sunshine as she can! Shaniece Rollins
Education Specialist
Shaniece has been licensed since 2023 in Life, Health, Property, and Causality. She is licensed in Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Illinois, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. She believes in going the extra mile for her clients and putting their needs first when offering a product. She loves hanging out with family, cooking, baking, and traveling.
Beverly Sandersfeld
Education Specialist
Beverly has been in the insurance industry since 2010 and joined Senior Services of Illinois in 2012. Beverly is licensed in Colorado, Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Her passion is helping seniors by teaching them the ABC&Ds of Medicare so they can make good, informed decisions moving forward. Knowing there are many choices she wants to make sure they know their options. Beverly believes putting the client’s needs first is most important. Her motto is to always do your best and the rest will follow. Beverly has been married to Les since 1984 and has a blended family that consists of 5 children,11 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family and friends when she is not working.
Kimberleigh Schaldach
Education Specialist
Kimberleigh began working at SSI/CDIS in early 2015 as part of our administration team. She has since made the transition to an Education Specialist. She has always been dedicated to going above and beyond for our customers no matter what role she is in. Her motto is there is no problem too big, and anyone who has worked with her knows this to be true. Kimberleigh is licensed in Illinois, New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma. When she is not at a volleyball tournament with her daughter, she loves to travel. Her favorite vacation spot is Hawaii.
Jenni Segura
Education Specialist
Jenni joined the life insurance industry in 2024. She is licensed in Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and Illinois. She believes in always putting the client’s needs first and ensuring that they end up in the best position possible. Jenni is married to her husband Aaron and they have four children, three boys and one girl. She and her family like to spend time traveling across the nation to compete in cornhole competitions. When not traveling or working, Jenni loves to be in the kitchen cooking and baking. One of her favorite quotes is “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great”- Zig Ziglar.
Lauren Walsh
Education Specialist
Lauren has been working in the health industry since 2013, and as a health insurance agent since 2018. Lauren started with Senior Services of Illinois in the summer of 2021. Lauren is licensed in Arizona, Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Her business philosophy is to provide honest, unbiased, and professional advice to her clients while finding them a plan that meets all their needs and budgets, and to build long-term relationships based on trust and satisfaction. She is engaged to a wonderful man Santiagohas, and has a son Damien who was born in 2020, and a daughter who is due in the fall of 2024. When not working she loves to travel, be outdoors, and just enjoy family time. Her favorite quote is: “Keep pushing forward, even when the path is uncertain, for greatness awaits those who persist.”
Shelley Warner
Education Specialist
Shelley has been with Senior Services of Illinois since 2020. Starting in an administration and customer service role provided her with the opportunity to learn all the ins and outs of insurance and Medicare. She now assists her clients as a licensed insurance agent. Helping people find the best fit for their specific needs and being a helping hand are her top priorities. Shelley is currently licensed in the states of Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Her experience in healthcare started in 2010 during her 9 years in a retirement community. She and her husband spend their time outdoors hiking, camping, and walking their dog, and enjoy seeing live music. As a foodie, she not only likes to try new things on their travels but loves to cook and bake. Her favorite quote is, “The best way to predict the future is to create it.”
Marcia Williams
Education Specialist
Marcia has been in the insurance business since 2018, specializing in Life, Long-Term Care, and Medicare Insurance. Marcia joined Senior Services of Illinois in 2012. Marcia is licensed in Colorado, Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Her business philosophy is to provide the same level of care and service to her clients that she would expect for herself in a similar situation, aka “The Golden Rule”. Marcia and her husband have two children, eight grandchildren, and a dog named Cooper. Marcia enjoys hiking, camping, outdoor activities, volunteering at church, politics, and being a “Constitution Coach”.
